1:1 services

Would you rather have a person look at it?

The platform is free. If you want someone to read your case and tell you something you don't know, these are the two services we offer.

Diagnosis + session

Your case, read by a coach.

You take the KoManao assessment (Know yourself and your professional archetype). It's free and takes about 40 minutes.
I read your results and your situation and write a report on your case: what is working, where processes slip away and what I would do in your place.
We work through it together in a 60-minute session and you leave with your next steps.
If you had an interview recently, we ask your interviewer for feedback (always with your permission).

Book at least 5 days ahead: the report needs time.
