These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to, registration on and use of the KoManao platform, as well as the purchase of its paid services, provided by Komanao Insights SL (“KoManao”, “we”).
The full details of the provider are set out in the Legal Notice. Creating an account, making a purchase or using the services implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
KoManao is a self-knowledge and career-preparation platform that includes, among others: self-assessment questionnaires, tools to prepare applications and interviews, AI-assisted features (CV optimisation, cover letters and interview preparation), professional feedback collection, and one-to-one (1:1) sessions with an expert.
The contents, assessments and results offered by the platform are indicative and informational. They do not constitute professional, psychological, medical, legal or employment advice, nor do they guarantee any outcome in selection or employment processes.
Creating an account is required to access certain features. You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date, be at least 16 years old, and use the platform on a personal, non-transferable basis.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Please notify us of any unauthorised use as soon as possible.
KoManao offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Holomua and Lanakila), billed monthly or annually. Prices shown include the VAT applicable according to the user’s country.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time from the customer portal; you will keep access until the end of the period already paid, with no refund for the current period.
We may change prices or plan features, giving reasonable prior notice. Changes do not affect the period already billed.
In addition to subscriptions, one-off products may be purchased, such as AI credit packs or the gap report (expert review). These products are enabled or delivered immediately after payment and are considered digital services performed immediately.
The 1:1 sessions (coaching, expert evaluation or interview preparation) are booked and held by video call through the integrated scheduling tool (Cal.com). Payment is made at the time of booking.
Cancellation and rescheduling: you may cancel or reschedule a session by giving at least 4 calendar days’ notice. After that period, or in the event of a no-show, the amount is non-refundable.
All amounts are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Tax is determined based on the user’s country. After each purchase, the corresponding receipt or invoice is issued and sent by email.
KoManao’s services are digital content and services that begin immediately. By purchasing, the user expressly requests the immediate start of performance and acknowledges that, once performed or once the digital content has been supplied, they lose the 14-day right of withdrawal granted to consumers (Article 103 of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act).
Accordingly, as a general rule no refunds are given for services already provided or consumed (an ongoing subscription, credits used, reports delivered, or sessions held or cancelled out of time), without prejudice to any rights mandatorily granted by consumer law.
Some features generate content using artificial intelligence models. Such content may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for how you use the results. KoManao does not warrant the suitability of the content for any particular purpose.
You agree to use the platform in accordance with the law and these Terms. The following are prohibited, among others: unlawful or fraudulent use; impersonating others; entering third parties’ personal data without a legitimate basis; attempting to access other users’ accounts; automated data extraction (scraping); or interfering with the operation or security of the service.
The platform, its contents, trademarks, software and methodologies belong to KoManao or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal and non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
The content you provide (for example, your CV or your answers) remains yours. You grant us a licence to process it to the extent necessary to provide the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
KoManao does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or the absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, in particular towards consumers.
We may amend these Terms by notifying through the platform; material changes will be notified with reasonable prior notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. With respect to consumers, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you of the European online dispute resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
